Terms of service

By accessing or using QFLOO("Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

QFLOO provides AI-powered competitive intelligence software. The Service analyses publicly available information about competitors, generates cited reports, and produces prioritised action plans. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Cashfree Payments. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.

4. AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI) to generate intelligence reports. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may contain inaccuracies. Every claim is linked to a source where possible, but you should verify critical findings independently. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.

5. Third-party sign-in

If you use Google or other third-party login, you must comply with those providers' terms. How we handle sign-in data is described in our Privacy policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, its design, code, and branding. You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use your submitted data solely to provide and improve the Service.

8. Data & privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Outputs rely on publicly available sources and AI inference and should be verified before making business decisions. Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, or investment advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your Account Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.
